At 65 m2 each villa, its comfortable bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms and kitchen, are fully equipped to offer the visitor what is needed for a carefree and enjoyable stay.

Outdoors, the infinity pool dominates in an environment decorated by the natural elements of olive trees and the sea view. The exterior is equipped with thoughtful furnishings to offer comfort and relaxation.

The above words of the architect A. Konstantinidis were the starting point for the formation of the olive blue housing complex. For the formation of the complex, the elements derived from the terrain, the orientation, the climate, the view towards the sea were synthesized and of course the purpose of the complex was to serve the rest and pleasure needs of the visitor, placing the complex in the olive grove of Astris in Thassos.
